About the right team member

If you're the ideal candidate, you should be highly analytical with a range of experience in marketing innovation and optimization and a passion for mastering the skills and technologies of Growth Marketing. This role requires the ability to operate with a very high degree of independence as you’ll be coordinatinog directly with international leadership on country and channel expansion, iterating strategies to ensure the optimal balance of funnel strength and mobilizing cross-functional stakeholders to deploy critical enablers. About the role

  • Hit global acquisition targets via highly effective Ideation, execution, and management of strategic marketing programs. 
  • Test, learn, and scale channel and market expansion via agile experimentation and rigorous quantitative analysis. 
  • Challenge the status quo, generate insights, and lead optimization of existing channels.  
  • Drive demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, including Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Video, and others. 
  • Engage demand capture channel owners as necessary on key aspects of our global growth strategy, especially in APAC and EMEA. 
  • Create monthly marketing plans, obtain consensus for roadmaps, and articulate performance to cross-functional leadership as part of monthly business reviews and ad hoc analyses.  
  • Continuously monitor marketing programs and improve their effectiveness by optimizing investments, targeting, and messaging. 
  • Partner globally and cross-functionally in developing new approaches to attribution that properly identify sources of value in mid-funnel programs. 
  • Develop a nuanced understanding of our target customers through research and analysis of the multi-channel buyer journey.  
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance; deliver variance explanations and provide corrective actions to mitigate adverse impact. 
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Creative teams to deliver the most effective message to our target customers. 
  • Develop a partnership with the Sales team to gather qualitative feedback on prospects and ensure that high-quality leads are being delivered. 
  • Work with the Marketing Technology and Operations team to define the infrastructure and processes necessary for channel operation and measurement. 

Skills & experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or similarly analytical domains. 
  • Demonstrable results in driving pipeline-building programs and conversion.  
  • Experience leveraging basic statistical analysis as part of marketing program experimentation. 
  • Expert knowledge of how to deploy the right marketing channel, at the right time, for the right prospect and aligning marketing programs to a sales cycle. 
  • Successful leadership and innovation in demand generation channels with enough knowledge to be an effective thought partner in demand capture channels. 
  • Ability to work in high-growth environments that require flexibility, continuous innovation, and an appetite for adapting to change. 
  • A talent for efficiently triangulating a wide range of data sources to generate compelling insights and recommendations.  
  • Quick learner with the aptitude and attitude to immerse yourself in new challenges. 
  • A strong team player who can drive effective collaboration and balance strategic thinking with a bias for execution. 
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and project management skills.
