About the Role

Join our Business Development team for the AIA-Citi Partnership & Strategic Banks and be part of an outstanding initiative. Help people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by building meaningful relationships that create a positive impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments.
  • Meet predetermined business goals for AFYC, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and other important metrics for designated branches/district.
  • Lead the sales momentum across sales staff and branches. Deliver tailored support to boost sales performance.
  • Cultivate and foster positive relationships and rapport with banks' district managers, branch managers, and all frontline staff.
  • Develop good relationships with bank staff to achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Communicate all marketing and sales programs to bank’s frontline staff and ensure their awareness and participation.
  • Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer inquiries from the bank’s frontline staff.
  • Conduct pre-sales preparation for upcoming appointments.
  • Offer appointment calling skill training through call supervising findings.
  • Provide ongoing training to bank’s frontline staff, including product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations and processes.
  • Complete compliance duties in accordance with regulatory standards and our company’s Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy, and MCV Guidelines.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of insurance sales experience, preferably with bank's frontline experience.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
  • Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.
  • Good spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Acquire relevant licenses if your job involves regulated activities.
