For partners, we provide a full-stack platform for businesses to amplify growth and drive more meaningful connections across advertising, search and media.

The Yahoo Native Network powered by Taboola is our advertisers’ destination to reach engaged viewers across Yahoo placements and exclusive partners. YNN is integrated within the Yahoo DSP, so they can activate high-impact native ad formats to drive performance across their omnichannel campaigns.

About Native Client Services:
The Native Client Services team is part of our Yahoo Consumer organization. We develop and optimize performance, creative, and delivery for advertisers running Native campaigns. We thrive on killer click-through rates, skyrocketing conversions, constant learning, great co-workers who push us to be better, and a dynamic, fun environment.

About the Role:

As a Native Client Services Lead, you will be a specialist in Native advertising, analyzing market insights, creating and testing effective ad copy and images, targeting the right audiences, and optimizing bids and budgets to maximize advertisers’ ROI. You will push the limits of digital marketing to achieve client success. Working closely with Sales counterparts (Native Specialists and Ad Operations Specialists), you will be a key resource for Yahoo’s most valuable advertisers, planning and implementing their Native digital marketing campaigns.

Your professional demeanor and developed interpersonal and communication skills make you an expert in building relationships with external clients and driving cross-functional cooperation with internal teams. You can manage multiple complex projects, teams, and clients, employing your organizational skills, ability to prioritize, statistical analysis, and business acumen to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise: Become an expert on the Yahoo Native Network powered by Taboola and demonstrate proficiency across Yahoo’s Native offerings.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Sales, Ad Operations, Taboola, and other internal team members to develop and grow existing accounts, achieve client goals, and provide best-in-class service.

  • Client Relationships: Develop and cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients, acting as a consultant to their business. Communicate directly with advertisers and agencies at all levels to promote behaviors that grow spend and ensure long-term client success.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and influence campaign delivery and performance. Evaluate and analyze performance reporting using various analytics tools to diagnose potential issues and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Strategic Insights: Develop and provide Strategic Insights, Campaign Wrap-ups, and/or Quarterly Business Reviews to clients. Implement creative ways to improve agency and client relationships and share performance-enhancing suggestions.

  • Training: Own the training plan for new clients as well as continued training for existing clients.

  • Product Feedback: Represent client needs by providing feedback to Taboola Product teams to identify and define features, integrations, and product improvements.

  • Proactive Leadership: Lead proactively, thinking multiple steps ahead to move accounts forward, troubleshoot and escalate delivery and performance issues, and provide optimization and up-selling opportunities for campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in digital advertising or a related field.

  • Client Services: Experience working with clients in a client services role.
