We're seeking a technical leader for our DevOps squad of 4-5 engineers. You'll drive initiatives around CI/CD pipelines, observability, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure while building automations that scale across our organization. Our code-first approach values solving problems through programming rather than manual processes, and we're exploring AI-powered tooling to further enhance our capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain technically engaged while taking on leadership responsibilities. We value effective delegation, timely delivery, and incremental improvements.
