ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

We are looking for a leadership assistant to join our Midwifery Unit and help us deliver compassionate, good quality safe care to women and their families.
You will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as ANUM in our Midwifery department at our Fitzroy Campus.

You will:

  • support the leadership team in driving initiatives that enhance woman-centred care and promote a culture of safety and excellence in clinical practice.
  • collaborate with midwives and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • assist in managing resources, staffing and operational priorities effectively
  • advocate for continuous improvement to meet the needs of women and their families

We are looking for:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Midwifery and management experience
  • A proactive, solution focused approach to challenges

This role will be available as permanent part time or full-time and will be pivotal in insert a PUNCHY and FUN sentence that describes the primary function of this role.
