Responsibilities

  • Conduct high quality trainings to help customers improve their application and clinical capabilities with ZEISS surgical equipment's and use its safely and effective.

  • Become recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies; answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.

  • Should be capable of doing presales demonstration of ZEISS products, workstation, and its applications.

  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.

  • Create evidence and customer demonstration data for upselling features & Applications including documenting trainings, site visits and customer interactions.

  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

  • Maintaining satisfactory after sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

  • Communicate effectively accross sales/product/service team for customer training needs and product demonstration or installation to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.

  • Support cross fuction activities related to market growth initiatives when needed (i.e industry tradeshows, product demos/presentation, congress, advanced application visit for KOL, etc.)

  • Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.

  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing market, revenue and business strategies.

  • Generates and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers.

  • In partnership with service engineer to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency and high NPS.

  • Aggressively manage travel budget to goal thru optimization of travel strategies and cost savings.

  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

Requirements

1. Education / Professional Certification

  • Degree in medicine, biology, biomedical engineer, electro medic/electro bio medic, or any relevant field

2. Experience

  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in clinical/application/technical support of medical devices.

  • Good technical knowledge of medical device market and familiar in it’s operation.

  • Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.

  • Comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.

  • Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical Scenario.

  • Knowledge in medical devices specifically for microscope, ophthalmology (diagnostic, therapeutic) equipment is preferable

  • Experience handling customer feedback, complaints, and dissatisfaction

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows.

  • Fluent English, local language and additional languages are an advantage.

  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
