Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. You will engage in strategic discussions, provide insights on security best practices, and contribute to the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. IAM Strategy and Leadership: - Lead and mentor the IAM team, setting strategic goals and providing technical guidance. - Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures in alignment with best practices. 2. Azure AD and ADFS Management: - Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). - Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management on Azure AD. 3. SailPoint Identity IQ/IDN: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ. - Define and enforce identity governance and compliance policies. 4. CyberArk Privileged Access & Insight: - Manage privileged access control through CyberArk. - Ensure secure and controlled access to sensitive systems and data. 5. Access Control and Compliance: - Implement and maintain IAM solutions to regulate user access and entitlements. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and others. 6. Security Incident Response: - Lead and execute incident response plans related to IAM security incidents. - Investigate and remediate security breaches or unauthorized access attempts. 7. Reporting and Metrics: - Create and maintain IAM performance and compliance metrics. - Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders. 8. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance IAM capabilities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance - Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services, Knowledge on LDAP, ADLDS, - Deep experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP, - Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ and define and enforce identity governance and compliance policies. - Strong knowledge on CyberArk Privileged Access Insight. - Knowledge on O365 IAM, Azure IDaaS Azure AD - Have good exposure on Identity and Access Management domains (IGA, SSO, PAM, PKI, Directory etc). - In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as Zero touch, NIST framework , Risk management, ITIL Process, DevOps, Azure environment. - The ideal candidate Should have in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Azure AD, ADFS, SailPoint Identity IQ/IDN, CyberArk, MFA Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15+ years of experience in the Security services delivery - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
