Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans or eye care center sales to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives in collaboration with the Director, Eye Care Center Sales.
Market Analysis: Identifying target market to identify opportunities for expanding services and increasing market share.
Business Expansion: Explore and pursue opportunities for business expansion, including new market segments.
Sales Forecasting: Utilize sales data and trends to forecast future sales and plan inventory and staffing accordingly.
Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in eye care products and services.
KRA 3: SITE PERFORMANCE OVERSIGHT
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of products in the Eye Care Sales Center.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieves site-specific sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and demographics of the site. Collaborates with the Director for Core Services to set realistic and challenging goals/targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer acquisition costs.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review sales reports and financial statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales operations.
KRA 4: VIRTUAL TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Virtual Team Supervision: Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and motivation.
Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules and shifts for sales staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the Eye Care Center.
Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts within the sales team promptly and effectively.
