Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with raw meat supplier regarding raw meat receiving and scheduling.

  • Offload raw meat trucks and complete appropriate paperwork.

  • Load all finished product trucks and complete appropriate paperwork.

  • Oversee tanker filling operations and tank cleaning.

  • Operate metal detector.

  • Stack boxes onto pallets and use wrapping machine to secure pallets.

  • Scan all boxes into inventory sheets.

  • Complete all outbound tanker and outbound product paperwork, such as Contract of Affreightment (COA), Bill of Lading (BoL).

  • Complete finished product and dry goods inventories weekly.

  • Coordinate with ASFG-Corporate staff daily to ensure inventory and truck needs align with ASFG-OC production.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience.

  • Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, required.

  • Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and forklift, required.

  • Lifting of 65lb boxes overhead, required.

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Requiered.
