Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet intended goals is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to support evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document design specifications and application configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Veeva Vault applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within Veeva Vault.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve application-related challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
