Operations aims to optimize the experience for our employees, clients, and partners by delivering services that are easy, innovative, and collaborative. With a focus on trust and efficiency, our teams of more than 18,000 employees deliver optimal experiences with a relentless focus on improving service while managing risks, costs, and protecting product value. 

 

What you’ll do 

Investment Services Programs are set out to achieve results-driven goals; they have a strong focus on meeting clients’ needs, with diverse roles broadly focused on operational, comprehensive asset servicing management.  

As an Operations Development Program Analyst, you may embark on: 

  • Operations development and administration 

  • Process mapping, management, and execution 

  • Creating process efficiencies 

  • Interest in data analytics 

  • Relationship management 

  • Problem-solving and reconciliation 

  • End-to-end lifecycle of transaction management 

 

Who we’re looking for 

Are you interested in understanding how assets move in our financial markets? Would you like working in an operations-focused environment, ensuring consistent process execution in support of our domestic and global institutional client relationships? If you are process-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong data analytics and communications skills, then the Operations Development Program may be right for you! 

 

Basic qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree completed prior to start date 

  • Basic understanding of financial terms, concepts, and applications 

  • Ability to start fulltime development program on June 23, 2024 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Strong interest in operations and data analytics 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed 

  • Developed problem solving skills and a solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges 

  • Outstanding teamwork and project execution skills with multitasking capability 

  • Unwavering integrity and ethics 

  • Proficient in Office 365, with strong skills in Excel 

 

Working model and hours: 

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.  

Development program members work approximately 40-hours each week in this fulltime role.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,985.00 - $74,100.00 - $81,510.00
