We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, supporting, and 

improving moderate to high complexity test systems for aerospace products. You will be responsible for providing software solutions for test systems and contributing to process improvements within the department. 

• Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria 

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects

• Contribute to the creation and evaluation of test system requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test software

• Oversees and manages advanced software engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery 

• Establishes and maintains software development standards and methodologies to optimize performance and ensure high quality code 

• Analyzes and troubleshoots complex software issues, leveraging diverse information sources to implement effective solutions 

• Provides guidance and support to less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment 

• Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to drive project success and build consensus on technical solutions
