Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Regularly visit clients and maintain close contact to understand their needs and challenges.
• Proactively propose solutions tailored to customer requirements and business strategies.
• Develop and execute action plans for key accounts, tracking sales progress and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and drive sales growth.
• Prioritize customers and opportunities with the highest potential.
• Analyze customer activities and results to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
• Manage profitability by monitoring margins and minimizing losses.
• Participate in negotiations of contracts and projects for medium and key accounts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Slovakian language
• Experience in key account management or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work closely with customers.
• Proactive approach, creativity in proposing solutions, and ability to advise clients.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan actions and track results.
• Independence in decision-making while collaborating effectively with the team and partners.
