The Executive – Business Strategy role supports the planning and execution of data-driven advertising and business strategies across digital platforms. The role involves assisting with campaign strategy development, performance analysis, audience insights, and post-campaign reporting, while working closely with sales, ad operations, product, and analytics teams. The executive will help translate business objectives into actionable strategies, contribute to strategy decks and insights, and stay updated on digital advertising trends.
What You'll Do
Support solution-led, KPI-driven narratives through data analysis, insights, and performance reporting across Anymind and POKKT.
Analyze platform data to identify relevant audience cohorts aligned to advertiser objectives.
Assist with measurement frameworks, campaign tracking, KPI mapping, and benchmark comparisons.
Contribute to expanding POKKT’s non-gaming use cases via research on new formats, environments, and regional insights.
Create strategy decks, insights summaries, and post-campaign reports for sales and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, ad ops, product, and analytics teams to align strategy with inventory and measurement.
Track industry trends and competitor benchmarks to strengthen strategic planning.
Who You Are
Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in BMM or related discipline
Preferred experience of 1–2 years in the digital ecosystem; freshers (0–2 years) may also be considered if they demonstrate strong digital media knowledge
Prior certification, coursework, or internship experience in digital media / digital marketing is highly desirable
