Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing field operations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives in nationwide. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring field activities, with a focus on sell-out delivery. Ensures efficient resource allocation, effective communication, and strong team performance in the field.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Planning implement] Deploy field force strategies, including sell-out targets, display target, territory management, and resource allocation. Audit & ensures field team (Product Specialist & Retail Specialist) follow plan and right action.
2. [Training and Development] Conduct training for field staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
3. [Performance Monitoring] Track and analyze field force performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
4. [Communication and Coordination] Establish and maintain clear communication channels between the field force and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow.
5. [Customer Relationship Management] Ensure that the field force is effectively managing customer relationships in store level and providing excellent customer service.
6. [Reporting and Analysis] Prepare regular reports on field force activities, performance, and key metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
