Scope of Work
The objective is to provide support to SC in supervising the multiple RFPs within several categories in Sabha, Tripoli and Benghazi. Specifically, the expert will contribute to the following areas:
1. Managing RFPs under many donors with respect to the EU requirements.
2. Project Management and Delivery.
3. Periodic Project Update and Communication.

Duration of the Work
The expected engagement duration for the Engineer will be Two months, with a possibility of extending the service contract as per the project timeline/need.
Anticipated start date for the position will be Sep 1st, 2026, with expected completion/end date Nov 15th. 2026.
Key Working Relationships:
In addition to the relationship mentioned under the expected outcomes, the Engineer is expected to engage with the health manager/ Senior Health manager.
The Engineer will not be line managing any internal staff.
Duty station: This service contractor is required to provide the above-mentioned services in Benghazi, Alkufra, Tripoli and Sabha. (For the travel the IRC will cover the per Diem, Flight booking and accommodation to each site.)
