Description -
We are seeking a skilled Analyst to support our team in executing data collection, analysis, and visualization tasks as per project requirements. This role involves leveraging Business Intelligence tools like Power BI to develop insightful visual reports and dashboards. The Analyst will collaborate closely with team members to interpret findings and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Identify the necessary research, tools, and analyses to achieve objectives in large, complex business projects.
Carry out data collection, analysis, and visualization aligned with project guidelines to support decision-making.
Connect, import, and transform data for Business Intelligence (BI) purposes.
Define the metrics needed to measure business performance and recommend strategies to close performance gaps.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports.
Analyze data insights and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Leverage historical data for trend analysis and predictive modeling.
Perform statistical analysis and generate ad hoc reports using BI tools.
Develop and implement analytical models and tools.
Present findings and insights in meetings and presentations.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience with an interest in data management and analytics
Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong analytical thinking, adept at technical analysis, and skilled in handling data.
Quick to learn and apply new analytical techniques, with a foundational grasp of research methodology.
Proficient in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
Growing business acumen and technical expertise specific to the role.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Familiarity with Power BI is required, along with proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL. Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also advantageous.
Ability to work on multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
To identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and help with clear and compelling new business recommendations.
The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
