JR65172 Global HR Business Partner Director - Global Operations

Responsibilities
Accountable for the enhanced enablement and implementation of people programs for Global Operations
  • Leads the team to ensure leader readiness and execution of all People programs (Reach, Rewards, Micron Voice, Organization Management & other programs).
  • Prepares and presents insightful metrics and analytics roll-up summaries of People programs for CEO Staff/Extended staff review and approval.
  • Owns the gathering and sharing of customer feedback on People programs with centers of excellence through appropriate channels

Partners with the Global Executive Business Partner (GEBP) to inform People strategies and supports the implementation.

  • Shares observations and insights from partnerships with the executives with GEBPs to inform functional and regional People strategies.
  • In support of the GEBP, influences and supports execution of the strategic initiatives through People analytics, presentation of metrics, material preparation, and sharing of insights.
  • Provides guidance to GEBPs regarding best practices

Demonstrates broad impact through leading without direct reporting of Global Business Partner s.

  • Within internal customer groups, directs the effectiveness of the People operating model, programs and service delivery

Requirement:

  • 10+ years serving in a Human Resources role for an enterprise company (highly preferred)
  • HR Business Partner experience including org development/effectiveness experience, executive stakeholder management and influencing, complex and large scale of program management, senior leader/executive coaching expertise
