Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad & Load Runner Tool to lead the performance testing track in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Implementation / Upgrade Programs. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing performance testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to ensure system reliability and scalability. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for large-scale applications. • Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad. • Define performance test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business and technical requirements. • Coordinate and manage performance test environments and data setup. • Collaborate with development, functional and infrastructure teams to analyze performance bottlenecks. • Monitor system behavior under load using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). • Support root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations. • Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance on best practices. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. • Strong expertise in Performance Testing Tool (NeoLoad and Load Runner) including scripting, test execution, and analysis. • Solid understanding of protocols like HTTP(s), Web Services, REST, SOAP, and database queries. • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and metrics (CPU, memory, threads, GC, etc.). • Experience working in agile/scrum development environments. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
