Responsibility

  • Sophisticated calendar management, with multiple internal and external collaborators.
  • Interact with the senior leadership teams across markets and all levels of management using tact and subtlety in all dealings.
  • Proactively handle agendas by proactively handling topics, objectives and timely material distribution.
  • Event support - Assist in planning site level events (venues, activities), also meetings, workshops with IS team (refreshment, meeting rooms)
  • Visitor reception - Prepare letter of invitation, transportation, restaurant etc.,
  • Provide administrative support to our office including but not limited to facility management, timely replenishment of office stationery, equipment and pantry supplies.
  • Others- support ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned and required.

Job Qualification

  • Colleague with 5+ years of relevant experience in an international company.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and priority setting skills.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong dedication to quality.
  • A growth mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English both in written and spoken.
