The Opportunity:
As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll build relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs, and develop insurance solutions that fit. You'll educate clients on what HUB offers, maintain a high standard of client service, and collaborate with teammates to grow awareness of the business and bring in new opportunities.
Full-Time Permanent opportunity working out of our Calgary-Fisher branch location.
What you will bring to the role:
Level 2 Insurance License is required
University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred
Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred, although we are willing to train those with less
Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills
Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
