Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions. This position involves analyzing operational processes, developing solutions for complex challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. About the team:
The team manages the intake and initial review of driver-related issues within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery platform. They ensure fair, consistent decisions by carefully evaluating incidents and applying policies. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the team maintains accuracy and strong judgment while handling high volumes. They contribute valuable insights on trends to enhance processes and prevent future issues. This team takes ownership of each case, directly supporting a safe and reliable marketplace for drivers, customers, and stores. Collaboration, accountability, and critical thinking are key to driving impactful results in this role.
What you'll do:

• Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while facilitating stakeholder meetings to analyze and implement operational initiatives.
• Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and defining business requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering to drive project execution and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Implement scalable operational best practices and develop tracking mechanisms such as scorecards to measure performance.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support business needs with actionable insights.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in operations management, project planning, and execution within complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Expertise in developing and managing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated capability to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in developing operational tools, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
