Role:
Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production plan based on the customer requirements and considering process efficiency.

What the candidate will do:

• Create and Direct master production schedules, reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain an adequate stock of finished products to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.
• Direct communication with customers, validate changes on the demand and understand business trends.  

Education requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree: In international business, International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers, or about to graduate in fields related to Supply Chain preferred.
• Intermediate English Conversational

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Planning and Organizing

• Minimum 1 year in production planning or area related to Supply Chain.
• Proficient in the use of MRP systems for material planning and control.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, organize workloads, and follow up on deadlines.

Problem Solving

• At least 1 year in supply chain roles, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting).
• Strong analytical mindset to address challenges related to production, materials, and scheduling.

Production Scheduling and Control

• Knowledge in production scheduling and shop‑floor control.
• Skilled in applying MRP tools to ensure material availability and adherence to production plans.

Forecasting

• Minimum 1 year engaging directly with customers and/or suppliers to anticipate demand and supply needs.
• Ability to interpret sales data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.

The best candidates will also have:

• Advanced Conversational English
• Intermediate SAP proficiency (CBS)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Intermediate Power BI proficiency

Additional information:

Location: Ciénega de Flores. This position works Monday through Friday and remote work is not available.
