- Build and continuously improve PMO governance and operating mechanisms, including Stage-Gate management, milestone reviews, KPI/dashboard tracking, risk escalation processes, and scope/timeline/cost change control to enhance execution efficiency and transparency.

监管 NPI 与产品转移项目的端到端执行，确保验证与量产按时完成，实现稳定转移、持续供货，并达成质量、成本与交付目标。
- Manage resource, capacity, and risk planning by proactively identifying project, operational, supply chain, and financial risks, and driving mitigation actions to ensure business continuity and project success.
统筹资源、产能及风险管理，提前识别项目、运营、供应链及财务风险，并推动风险缓解措施落地，保障业务连续性与项目成功。
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:
Recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team.招聘、培训、训练、指导和开发团队。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

Good command of MS Office software and MS Project software.良好的办公软件和项目软件的使用。
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE经验要求：
6+ years related project management and lean production experience.6年以上项目管理和精益生产经验
3+ years management experience.3年以上管理经验
Experience in forming and leading the cross functional teams.组建和领导跨职能团队的经验
EDUCATION教育背景：
- B.S. in Engineering, or above is preferred. 理工科学士学位及以上。
- PMP certificate is a plus. 有PMP认证优先。
