Job Description
 

US Remote

Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

What You’ll Do: 

  • Learn the business end-to-end, including bottom-up data gathering from business partners to support strategic planning, budgeting, and financial models holistically and across multiple dimensions. 

  • Proactively monitoring revenue performance and manage data-driven revenue forecast by analyzing variances, surfacing insights, and communicating key risks, opportunities, and business drivers  

  • Manage short/long term key performance indicators and financial trends in partnership with business partner leadership to optimize productivity, establish financial discipline and influence executive decision-making. 

  • Distill complex financial analyses to stakeholders and develop KPI monitoring to support data driven decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans. 

  • Build strong relationships cross-functionally to support month-end close activities, quarterly earnings, and annual planning 

  • Continually drive forecast accuracy, improve processes and automation, and establish rigor in measuring and scaling the business 

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision making 

  • Be a role model and “trusted hand” to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy. 

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified: 

  • Passion and pride for your work, excellent partnership and collaboration skills, and ability to adapt to change. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work optimally with senior leadership team members (Sr. Managers, Directors, VPs) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver within short/tight deadlines and with high precision. 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and data driven mindset with track record of successful financial modeling, large datasets and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field. 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with increasing level of responsibility, preferably with SaaS experience  

  • Experience building and maintaining KPIs and capacity models a plus. 

  • Experience with Adaptive, NetSuite, and Salesforce (including CPQ) preferred

Compensation Range

$74,000 - $99,000 - $124,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
