About the Programme:

The LinkUp Apprenticeship Programme at Linklaters offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a diverse and innovative environment, where you can learn, grow, and contribute to different areas of our organization.

As well as excellent opportunities for training and long-term development, the role offers a contract of mandate for 6 months, paid internship and organised dedicated workshops for you as a cohort.

About the Team:

Successful candidate will join a team of 23 team members in our Warsaw Office and will be part of the firm’s Legal & Risk function which has more than 100 team members across our global network. This role will help to gain the knowledge and skills of wide variety of Legal and Risk processes, systems and tools. Candidate will have a chance to understand complex structure of the Function and learn the secrets of Business Acceptance department. We have regular collaboration not only with all Risk functions but also Partners and other lawyers and Business Teams, globally.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to Lawyer’s queries in relation to Information Barriers and clash clearance in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Archive our Engagement Terms with our clients in our data base, responding to simple queries from Partners, Lawyers and Assistants
  • Archive audit letter responses in our Document Management System
  • Participate in variety of remediation projects
  • Review process documentation and providing feedback on its effectiveness
