What you’ll do… The Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics for Omni Value Add-On Services will play a critical role in shaping how Walmart scales and grows its Protection, Home, and Tech Services business. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution – building the analytical backbone that powers decision-making while helping define Walmart’s long-term ambition to become a reference player in the services industry.   • Building and owning foundational data tables and metrics that power analytics for Omni Value Add-On Services
  • Translating complex datasets into self-serve dashboards that enable teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions
  • Developing insights that inform Walmart’s long-term strategy in home, tech, and protection services
  • Supporting strategic planning, business reviews, and executive-level storytelling with clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and support day-to-day execution of key programs
  • Proactively identifying gaps, opportunities, and solutions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

  • You have strong analytics background and can work comfortably with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • You bring strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to cut through noise and communicate insights clearly to executive audiences
  • You are highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable “moving mountains” with the right partnerships
  • You are obsessed with solving problems and enjoy tackling complex, open-ended puzzles
  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with heavy analytical and cross-functional work
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles
  • Experience working with large datasets and building analytical tools or dashboards
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in merchandising, planning,  eCommerce, services, marketplaces, or platform-based businesses
  • Exposure to consumer services, home services, or subscription-based models
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
