Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Program Delivery Lead to oversee the development and execution of our operational technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can guide a multidisciplinary team, manage projects effectively, and ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


1) Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance in OT cybersecurity practices.

  • Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and individual development.

2) Program Management Office (PMO) Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the PMO for OT cybersecurity, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Define program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics, and monitor progress against these targets.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

3) Cybersecurity Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

  • Identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities within OT environments and develop mitigation strategies.

4) Technical Specifications:

  • Perform analysis of the architecture and infrastructure of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA/DCS/IIoT) in the context of cybersecurity.

  • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems.

  • Support leading ICS security projects within a Security Transformation program.

  • Develop ICS Control Frameworks based on industry best practices and applicable international and national standards.

  • Implement or improve ICS security management processes at clients’ organizations.

5) Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

6) Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct regular assessments of the cybersecurity program and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of working experience in cybersecurity or industrial automation.

  • Higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science (IT), or a similar field.

  • A passion for advisory and cybersecurity topics.

  • Willingness to continuously self-develop.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences.
