Support all related manufacturing technologies with managing and purchasing of investments and program expenses, design equipment and tools for the KPO team and 3rd parties to create a safe, qualitative, on-time and efficient production conditions.

What you’ll do

• Participate in Kaizen events according to Roadmap schedule
• Design equipment and tools from 7-ways phase in strong cooperation with team members
• Follow-up all phases of the creation of equipment and tools to establish a Kaizen safe and useful for production
• Responsible for program expense purchasing
• Manage Investment projects to improve the related technologies
• Execute machine or equipment installation, hand tools purchase and layout modification
• Handle engineering task of purchasing process in Oracle system
• Standardize, develop tooling and fixturing to improve manufacturing technologies
• Take part in LEAN initiative, Action Workout and Process Improvements
• Working together with engineering, facility and maintenance team, finance, sourcing and suppliers
• Initiate, manage and track corrective actions relating to investment and expense projects
• Participate to improve manufacturing layout/flow analysis/machine needs
• Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process and technology

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering, preferably mechanical
• Experience in Manufacturing/Production
• Experience in mechanical industry (heavy industry ideally)
• Fluent in Hungarian
• Good command of English
