Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong ADAS/AD Domain Lead to drive the development and integration of advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving features. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable, and production-ready ADAS/AD solutions aligned with global automotive standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: •Lead the architecture, design, and development of ADAS/AD features such as ACC, L2+/L3 autonomy, and perception-based decision systems. •Define system requirements, functional safety goals, and performance KPIs. •Collaborate with sensor, perception, fusion, planning, and control teams to ensure end-to-end system integration. •Oversee validation strategies including SIL, HIL, VIL, and real-world testing. •Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF, ASPICE, and UNECE regulations. •Interface with OEMs, Tier-1s, and regulatory bodies to align on roadmap and deliverables. •Mentor and guide a team of engineers across perception, planning, and embedded domains. •Stay updated on industry trends, AI/ML advancements, and regulatory changes. •Conduct testing and debugging of functionalities to ensure functionality and quality. •Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. •Work closely with cross-functional teams across globe Professional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: •Overall, 15+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software •6+ years in ADAS/AD system design, sensor fusion, and control algorithms •Strong experience in C++, Python, ROS, real-time embedded systems •Experience with camera, radar, LiDAR, and ultrasonic sensor integration. •Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., CARLA, IPG CarMaker, dSPACE). •Deep understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434). •Excellent problem solving and debugging skills. •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. •Good problem-solving and analytical skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
