BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION LEVEL

 

This position will process all received requirements in a timely and accurate manner, according to the assigned transaction process. Will be part of the Finance Operation team, helping on day to day of the required analysis & reconciliation of the transactions, focus on the collection, reporting and follow up of the payment’s recovery and costumer status.

Collections is the process, which is focus on managing the costumer debt, from the invoice issuance to the payment receipt. This including managing costumer information, due dates, late payments, collections managements, tracking payment promises and communication with costumers to ensure debt recovery. Also requires an accurate follow up, very detailed analysis in favor of releasing orders if apply.  Important the participation of knowledge transfer training sessions for team members, create a positive teamwork environment, generate new improvement ideas,  make sure compliance requirements get execute accordantly and controls.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall knowledge of OTC processes/particularly on the Collection sup process and demands.

  • Process all received requirements in a timely and accurate manner (according to the SLA and KPI).

• Daily managing of reports & metrics.

• The person in this position must maintain a positive working relationship between the internal customers and the requestors.

• Assure that all requests to be processed have the right analysis, approvals and follow the procedure and polices.

• Proactive and constant communication with Team Lead to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.

• Actively support the implementation of best practices within the department.

• Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution).

• Perform month-end related activities.

• Handle customer service queries internally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • Should have 2-6 years of experience in Finance And operations areas.
  • Bachelor's degree. Business Administration/Accounting
  • MS office knowledge.
  • Basic/intermediate Excel skills.
  • C1 English level.
