What you will do -


Operations and supply chain leader with 8+ years of experience driving enterprise transformation in complex, matrixed organizations. Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Strong executive presence with experience influencing without authority and delivering measurable business impact. Data-driven leader with financial acumen, skilled at prioritizing investments, mitigating risk, and executing under tight timelines.

 

Enterprise Strategy & Commercial Alignment -

  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable, multi-year roadmaps across Business Units
  • Partner with T&E BUs and Commercial Leadership on sales enablement, NPI, M&A, and digital initiatives
  • Drive improvements in service, inventory, and operational readiness
  • Communicate strategic priorities and align stakeholders
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Support due diligence efforts as needed

Business Unit Performance & Governance -

  • Lead KPI reviews and drive performance improvements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, effort, and impact
  • Partner with field and branch networks to execute roadmaps
  • Support inventory strategy (par levels, lifecycle, obsolescence)
  • Build and maintain processes, including SAP documentation

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution -

  • Align priorities across Functions, Regions, and Business Units
  • Influence without authority to accelerate execution and remove barriers

Financial & Risk Stewardship -

  • Link operational initiatives to P&L impact
  • Evaluate ROI of supply chain investments
  • Identify and mitigate enterprise risks

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement -

  • Present strategy and performance updates to leadership
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Foster accountability and operational excellence

 

Required -

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of supply chain, production planning, finance, operations, marketing (strategic) or similar experience
  • Microsoft suite/Excel experience
  • Power Apps experience
  • PowerBI experience

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $110,100 - $183,400 USD Annual
  • US5: $115,600 - $192,600 USD Annual
  • US10: $121,100 - $201,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $126,600 - $210,900 USD Annual
  • US20: $132,100 - $220,100 USD Annual
  • US30: $143,100 - $238,400 USD Annual
