Hybrid role in CDMX

We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our client.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the client's current payment processes (as-is) to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements for a future-state flow (to-be), considering the implementation of a new Payments platform.

You will need to understand the application architecture to gain insight into the payment transaction flows.

The role requires you to work independently with minimal supervision from your direct manager and to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the client's payment flows.

You will also be expected to follow up on action items from various sessions and proactively identify and escalate risks related to business flows.

Key Skills Expected:

• Ability to define requirements and write user stories
• Familiarity with both Waterfall methodology and Agile
• Capability to design and map future-state (to-be) flows
• Skill in analyzing current-state (as-is) processes to identify areas for improvement
• Understanding of banking payment processes (e.g., SPEI, SPID, same-bank transfers, transfers between own accounts, referenced payments)
• Knowledge of general banking operations
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders effectively
