Ramp is making a significant investment in building a robust partner ecosystem by expanding its network of SaaS integrations and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a Senior Platform Partner Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for integration partners, enhancing the overall value proposition for Ramp customers. This role is pivotal to expanding Ramp’s integration footprint and driving the adoption of our platform through impactful partnerships with other leading SaaS companies.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the product marketing team to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging of our platform products to customer audiences. You will also be responsible for defining and communicating the value of Ramp’s ecosystem to our ideal platform partner customer profile (ICP), enabling us to attract and engage the right partners for our growth.
Develop and execute GTM strategies to expand Ramp’s ecosystem of integration partners, positioning Ramp as a critical component of a modern tech stack for finance teams
Lead partner activation and promotion initiatives to enhance the visibility and usage of Ramp’s integrations. The role will prioritize KPIs associated with integration installations and ongoing usage to ensure effective partner and customer engagement
Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to align on messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Ramp’s platform products, ensuring a consistent narrative across all customer touch points
Define and communicate the platform partner ICP, creating a compelling narrative that highlights the strategic value and opportunities for partners within Ramp’s ecosystem
Partner with product management and partnership teams to identify, recruit, and onboard high-value SaaS integration partners that align with Ramp’s strategic priorities
Lead the creation of co-marketing programs that highlight the combined value of Ramp and its integration partners, driving mutual customer acquisition and retention
Develop joint marketing initiatives with integration partners that showcase the unique value of Ramp’s connected platform, driving increased engagement and adoption among customers
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, using data and insights to continuously optimize and scale programs
Own the narrative around Ramp’s integration ecosystem, creating compelling messaging that communicates the value of Ramp’s connected platform to internal and external audiences
Act as the go-to expert on Ramp’s integration capabilities, educating internal teams and partners on the benefits of our ecosystem
7+ years of experience in partner marketing or ecosystem development roles, with a strong track record in building and scaling integration adoption with SaaS companies
Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology partnerships that drive customer value and business growth
Demonstrated success in collaborating with product marketing teams to align on messaging and positioning for integrated solutions
Strong track record of creating and managing co-marketing campaigns that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product, sales, and external partners to align on strategic initiatives
Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with API-driven products and an understanding of technical integration workflows
Experience working with SaaS companies in the financial services or fintech industries
Background in developing partner ecosystems that include a range of integration types (e.g., data sync, workflow automation)
Prior experience scaling partnerships that drive meaningful customer outcomes in a B2B context
