What you will do
Collaborate with business leads to inform budget-setting and ongoing forecasts, aligned with the company's revenue goals.
Participate in meetings with business leads to gather insights and provide financial guidance.
Record accurate transactions during month-end close procedures.
Provide variance commentary between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and analysis to senior management.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What we expect
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
2-5 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting
High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies, understand the details while being able to tell the big picture story.
Keen attention to details.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
