Project Role : Software Engineer Advisor
Project Role Description : Advise organizations on how to improve their software engineering operations to increase productivity and/or establish innovative software engineering practices. Coach organizations in the design of new software solutions and the modernization and integration of existing technology systems.

The scope involves understanding the issues reported by business users in their local language and translating these to our IT team. This will help our IT team provide appropriate resolutions. The communication between the translators, business and the IT team can occur through various channels, including emails, ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and Teams meetings. For priority (P1/P2) tickets, the candidate is expected to join the issue call and act as a mediator between the business users (speaking the local language) and the IT team. This will ensure that the communication is clear and that issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent Fluency in the Language: Candidates should have strong command and fluency in specified language), both spoken and written, to ensure clear and effective communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Flexibility to Work in Shifts: Candidates must be open to working evening and night shifts as required by project timelines and support needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams across geographies.
- Team Collaboration & Attitude: A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to collaborate well in a dynamic, multicultural team environment (offshore/onshore).
- Client-Facing Experience : Prior experience interacting directly with clients or business users is a strong advantage.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in French Language.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and users.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.
- Experience with user support and training to enhance user engagement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in French Language.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
