La personne titulaire favorisera la collaboration et la coordination au sein de l’équipe de l’actuariat corporatif et avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Elle collaborera étroitement avec les employés clés des autres services de l’entreprise afin de définir la gouvernance des modèles, d’en maintenir l’optimisation et d’assurer la mise en place de contrôles appropriés garantissant des résultats réglementaires solides et fiables.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Actuarial & Appointed Actuary, the Director, Governance and Operations Management is responsible for developing and maintaining model governance structures and valuation best practices for the Corporate Actuarial department of RGA Canada. The Director, Governance and Operations Management will foster a spirit of cooperation and coordination among the Corporate Actuarial team as well as with other internal/external stakeholders. This incumbent will work closely with key employees in the other departments of the Company to determine model governance, to maintain model optimization and to ensure appropriate controls are in place supporting strong and accurate regulatory reporting results.

Compensation Range:
$119,300.00 - $149,100.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
