POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening sales performance, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Managers.As the senior sales leader supporting the VP of Sales & Events, this role ensures that Evergreen is positioned as a premier destination for meetings and events. The Director of Sales oversees day-to-day sales activity, optimizes the team’s pipeline and close ratios, leads coaching and development, and collaborates cross-functionally to execute on long-term strategy, forecasting, and business development initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $95000 - $125000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.
