Overview:

Fellow is seeking a Growth leader to guide the evolution of our direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this experienced operator will be responsible for efficiently scaling our performance program. They will guide all elements of this journey - from planning, resourcing, execution, measurement, and learning.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing and growing consumer ecommerce businesses. They are obsessed with growth, looking everywhere for inspiration and insights to improve their craft and staying on the forefront of the industry. They are constantly learning from and grappling with the latest trends across:

  • Individual channels
  • Ad creative
  • Marketing technology
  • Analytics
  • Resourcing + Team Building
  • Planning

This leader will frequently facilitate conversations with the executive team and board of directors. They are an excellent teacher and collaborator, bringing the team along and ensuring both the big picture and deliverables/roadmap are understood and bolstered.

Please note this person is required to be located in the Bay Area. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all growth marketing at Fellow (social, search, affiliates, display, offline, etc.)
  • Manage a multi-million dollar annual budget towards the right balance of growth and efficiency
  • Lead forecasting and measurement for all growth channels
  • Manage resourcing plan with in-house, agency, and vendor relationships
  • Drive our culture of testing and experimentation
  • Collaborate with creative team to guide asset creation and learn from performance
  • Serve as an internal thought leader on eComm growth
  • Steward our martech stack to ensure your programs are set up for success
  • Collaborate with Amazon channel manager on Amazon ad strategy

Requirements:

  • 10+ years e-commerce growth marketing experience (in house with consumer product brands strongly preferred)
  • Hands on experience managing performance campaigns with budgets greater than $5MM per year.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency with e-commerce, marketing, analytics, BI tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail 
  • Expert in performance creative, able to distill what makes winning assets work to a creative team, enabling them to ship and test excellent ad concepts
  • Working comfort with the principles and mathematical concepts behind statistical testing, including A/B/n and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft a compelling strategic vision to multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze performance of funnels, campaigns, marketing tactics, and experiments and implement data-driven improvements to achieve desired results

Salary Range: $180,000-$195,000
