Required Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP and EWM development, including user exits, BADIs, and custom enhancements.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations. Ability to design a solution from a blueprint without detailed functional or technical specifications.
Hands-on experience in RF (Radio Frequency) framework for mobile device integration.
Experience in MFS for fully automated warehouses and usage of interfaces via TCP/IP to PLC is a plus.
Experience in integration with automated warehouse systems (conveyors, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems, Automated Guided Vehicles).
Experience in one or more general programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, ReactJS or similar is a plus.
Knowledge of software development in general (methodology, concepts, design patterns) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (such as Jira) is a plus.
Experience working independently on client projects.
Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Solid understanding of at least one business process they’ve previously worked on.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for global clients.
Ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical expertise in warehouse processes and logistics, including fully automated warehouse systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
