Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for implementing Well-Being programs and initiatives at a specific Care Site or Business Unit, thereby supportingMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
The ideal candidate would have a background in clinical care delivery (i.e.: RN, PT/OT/ST, Pharm), an advanced degree (i.e.: Masters) in an area of clinical expertise, business administration, health care administration, quality improvement/process improvement, and experience in leading initiatives or research in well-being, burnout, or compassion fatigue.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
The ideal candidate would have experience with accreditation and regulatory bodies, such as the ACGME or Joint Commission, be comfortable interacting with front line staff, and have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects in a highly matrixed environment.
