About the Role

• The position is responsible for leading and guide all aspects of Supply Chain management for Thailand manufacturing plant, drive Supply Chain excellence and overall leadership of Production Planning, Material Planning, Order management as well as Customs and Warehouse management based on customer demand and targeted inventory levels for a manufacturing size.

Your Team

• The position reports to Sr. Director, Operations and lead material planning, production planning, order management, customs and warehouse.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the overall management of the supply chain operations, including customer service, production planning, materials planning, logistics, Customs and warehouse operation to ensure the delivery of business objectives whilst also balancing regulatory and market constraints.
• Provide strong integration with the Supply Chain team to ensure the alignment of demand and supply for the plant.
• Assure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in order to properly manage plant capacity and resources.
• Lead the development of production plans to increase order fulfillment and ensure inventory and cost are optimized.
• Good visibility of production status and material status: Predict and highlight the production bottleneck or material shortage risk in the near future. Co-work closely with the related function to remove obstacles.
• Initiate and monitor logistic and warehouse management program implementation.
• Lead and coach SCM staff competency enhancement & development, ensure supply chain processes meet standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide supply chain insights and proactively communicate to the management and all levels of business teams.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives.
• Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain and operations, Automotive industry related experience is must.
• Fluently in English both writing and speaking.
• Experience in ERP system upgrade/integration/implementation is required. Applicants with experience in SAP PP/MM/SD modules are preferred.
• Strong business acumen, exceptional analysis skills, passion for teamwork and continuous learning
• Proven leadership skills - experience in building and leading high performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive with cross-functional initiatives and proactively builds and maintains a collaborative and open communication channel with the top management.
• High energy, self-starter with a self-directed work style. Comfortable with taking responsibilities and can work under pressure.
