Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing our various Insurance Program technology platform and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will lead program development requirements, overseeing the configuration of rate/quote/bind/issuance systems, and fortifying support processes for individual policy transactions and supporting M&A integration. Additionally, this role will encompass responsibilities typical of a Lead Business Analyst within an insurance setting, meaning ownership of program or integration projects from start to finish, working across multiple business units at ISC. There will be a significant amount of project management work associated with this role in addition to driving insurance business requirements for systems and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who excels in both insurance operations and information systems management and is eager to drive impactful change within the insurance industry.

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
