Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

2 Major functions required. 1. Business analysis 2. Internal project management.

Business analysis required below

  • Develop, maintain and monitor real time dashboard (Global dashboard) and meaningful customer segmentations and profiles
  • Monitor trends, risks and opportunities throughout the planning process to develop optimal recommendations
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide reports and recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growth
  • Analyze Online channel performance and customer shopping behavior to inform marketing opportunities and campaigns.
  • Partner closely with the Online KAM team and operation teams to address business intelligence and requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Online Marketing, Sales and relevant members to generate insights, interpret and drive data strategy to increase customer growth and retention

Project management

  • Led new and current process standardization projects and adoption of tools to enhance sales productivity and accelerate transformation ensuring alignment with Samsung strategy
  • Provide recommendations to translate strategy and drive alignment with management on implementation decisions
  • Support working process simplification and reporting consolidation by adopting a standard toolset
  • Orchestrate Online business operations to drive alignment with management on new process decisions and ensure alignment with Samsung guidelines and timeline
  • Perform ad-hoc database queries to support business needs. Runs and maintains various access databases, typically tools specific to teams or functions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/management
  • Expedite business performance with insights that accelerate performance across Online sales and operation rhythm

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics/Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, process management or process improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts and a commitment to high accuracy standards
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow changing directions in a fast-paced business environment
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for online business highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency and a high level of flexibility and commitment
  • Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements
  • Team player, personable, professional, and flexible
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaborate
