Summary:
As a Security Architect, your day involves shaping and defining the security framework for cloud environments to align with organizational goals and operational needs. You will focus on designing comprehensive security architectures that support business objectives while ensuring robust protection. Your role includes documenting the deployment of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with performance targets and business requirements is a key aspect of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of security architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security strategies meet organizational needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and cloud security operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing security controls in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and security compliance standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security into cloud operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
