The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting data management solutions, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user data consumption, master data, business and technical data architecture, regulatory and ethical requirements, and process improvement methodologies.

This position will be located fully onsite in Bentonville, AR.

About Team:  

This role is on the small but mighty Escalations Team which is part of the broader services team of over 200 associates located in Bentonville, AR, India, and Charlotte, NC. It is an operational and transactional position that provides a heightened level of customer experience via direct customer outreach, sense of urgency, critical thinking, quality research and investigation, and root cause analysis. Precision is of utmost importance while supporting Executives, HR Business Partners and associates. The role is highly process-driven and compliance-focused while requiring a consultant mindset to advise and solve complex issues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining professionalism and discretion as you will handle sensitive information.   

You’ll make an impact by... 

  • Performing Workday operational data transaction support functions.  
  • Understanding user data consumption, data needs, and business implications to support data management solutions and revisions under guidance. 
  • Documenting changes and revisions to data sources and data hierarchies under guidance. 
  • Quering, reporting, and analyzing data to support business needs. 
  • Supporting new data sources and metadata integration. 
  • Identifying primary operational functions of assigned organizations and understanding interdependence of cross-functional teams. 
  • Locating and interpreting information regarding fundamental practices and policies. 
  • Applying continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for greater efficiency. 
  • Demonstrating quality service delivery for all stakeholder requests and expectations. 
  • Understanding key metrics and scorecards related to efficient delivery and closure of cases. 
  • Participating in discussions on Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and productivity measures/service levels for the team.  
  • Generating innovative ideas to transform stakeholder experience and improve productivity measures. 
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices. 
  • Building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to support business solutions. 
  • Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.  

You’ll sweep us off our feet if... 

  • You have 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday. 
  • You have 1-2+ years working in a customer service or support services role. 
  • You have experience supporting transactional work for Executives, HR Business Partners and associates. 
  • You bring strong customer care/service skills and a consultant mindset. 
  • You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of root cause analysis techniques, research and resolution. 
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.     
  • You can work independently and involve necessary teams when appropriate. 
  • You have a passion for continually increasing your Workday software knowledge and skills. 
  • You have a strong partnership with tech; understanding the tech landscape and language. 
  • You demonstrate advanced knowledge of non-Workday processes (access issues, SAP, GAIN, ATPS and other downstream systems and processes). 
  • You understand user data consumption, needs, and business implications. 
  • You understand mastery of data hierarchies and connections to transactional data. 
  • You have knowledge of business, technical, process, and operational data architecture, standards, definitions, and repositories.  
  • You are familiar with regulatory and ethical requirements and policies around data privacy, security, storage, retention, and documentation. 
  • You can query, report, and analyze data. 
  • You understand organizational processes and operating requirements. 
  • You are familiar with technology and tools for process/automation improvement. 
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.  
  • You bring an up-to-date expertise in relevant areas and the ability to apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.  
  • You can build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.  
  • You have a strong modeling of compliance with company policies and procedures and support for company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
