Rental Sales Agent

In this context, we are looking for a full-time permanent Rental Sales Agent (37 hours per week) in the car rental sector.

The position is based in Antwerp and requires availability to work some Saturdays (shift schedule).

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing front-desk operations: preparing quotes, processing reservations, creating rental agreements, and explaining the rental terms and conditions.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: highlighting the agency’s services while meeting customers’ needs (upselling).

• Providing customer service: welcoming clients, explaining and processing billing for any damages and/or additional charges at the end of the rental.

• Checking the condition of vehicles upon return (bodywork, interior, missing accessories, etc.) and identifying necessary repairs.

• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning (both interior and exterior) of vehicles.

• Transferring vehicles between return and pick-up areas.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, both with business and leisure clients (B2B & B2C), to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Be able to develop and deliver an effective sales pitch.

• Have prior experience in customer service, ideally in car rental, retail, or hospitality.

• Be comfortable using digital tools.

• Hold a valid manual Category B driver’s license in Belgium.

• Have a good command of Dutch.

• Bring energy and a positive attitude to share with colleagues and customers.
