Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity operations across network, endpoint, and cloud environments. Act as a client-facing technical expert while managing teams and driving secure, scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in deployment, and support of security solutions

  • Act as primary client interface for technical discussions and solutioning

  • Lead and mentor security operations teams; ensure delivery excellence

  • Manage incident response, escalations, and governance activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure architecture alignment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience

  • Strong client-facing & stakeholder management skills

  • Proven team leadership experience

  • Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, PCNSE, CCNP Security, GCP Security)

  • Must-Have Skills (Any 3+): Palo Alto Firewalls, Trend Micro (Apex One, Deep, Security, Vision One, TippingPoint), Netskope (CASB, DLP), Akamai API & App Security, Cisco ISE, GCP Security (SCC, Cloud Firewall, Cloud IDS, Cloud Armor), and Vulnerability Management (Nessus)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Ability to work in global delivery environments
