About the Role:

Support enterprise transformation by helping plan and execute change efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement for cross‑functional initiatives.
As an Intern in our Strategy and Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise transformation by helping to plan and execute change efforts. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll engage in activities that drive effective change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement for cross-functional initiatives.

Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Additional Information
The actual hourly wage offered will consider the candidate’s current academic level and degree candidacy, inclusive of Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD, MD, PhD and MBA programs. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements specific to the job location.
