Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• More than 5 years’ experience in Banking or Trading Industry
• A full and detailed understanding of FX market /Interest Rate market /physical Trade
• Good knowledge of Banking/SAFE/Tax/Customs regulation
• Experience of initiating & implementing of FX/IR trading strategies and tactics with accountability for delivery against annual profit target
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-disciplined, stress-resistant
• Capable of working effectively at all levels in an organization
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be a great teammate and able to work with and through others
• Mandarin speaker / English speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain bank network
• Develop 3rd parties' business with credits and balance sheet solutions
• Initiate & implementing of FX/IR trading strategies with or without physical trade
• Monitor and update market information, CPs performance and regulation changes related to our business
